Get training in ADHD and become an independent, ADHD-Virtual Assistant.

Why train as an ADHD-Virtual Assistant?

Demand is high for Virtual Assistants trained to cater to Neurodiverse Brains.

Individuals with ADHD struggle to get things done, meet deadlines, complete uninteresting tasks, remember what needs doing, and find it difficult to prioritise so that the most important things are not lost amongst the more fun things?

There are millions of people with ADHD out there (between 3% and 6% of the population) and as an ADHD Business Coach, I know how badly they need and want to delegate tasks which they are not passionate about.

ADHD’ers love entrepreneurship but hate admin.

Many ADHD’ers go into entrepreneurship because they don’t fit well into rigid structures of other peoples companies, so they set up on their own.  Generally ADHD’ers will start a business based on their own passion for something but tend to get overwhelmed by admin tasks (which they really struggle with due to the lack of stimulation for their brains).

Basically, ADHD brains are good at working on stuff which is interesting but struggle to focus for more than a couple of minutes on anything they find “boring”.

Virtual Assistants are a game changer for individuals with ADHD.

As many ADHD’ers struggle with doing tasks they don't enjoy, working with a ADHD trained virtual assistant can have an amazing effect on their life and the success of their business.

They have more time to do more of what they are actually great at doing, leaving someone who is great at admin tasks to do that brilliantly for them.

A great source of new clients

This training will teach you about ADHD, the different strategies you’ll need, how to win new ADHD clients and how to get the beginning of the relationship right as this is where it usually goes very wrong.

Understanding and creating a good strong working relationship with a client with ADHD is critical. Common barriers you may experience include, getting them ready to delegate and extracting the elements you need to actually take over the tasks they want you to do.

  • About the training

IN THIS TRAINING, you will learn how to prepare an ADHD’er to delegate work to you. This isn’t as straight forward as with neuro-typical clients BUT with what you learn, you will convert them to happy ADHD clients. And when an ADHD’er is happy, they will hold on to you for dear life!

You know your VA role inside and out. So we are not going to teach you what you already know, but to provide you with a new set of tools to enable you to do exactly what you are used to doing but with a client whose brain functions with a few key differences.

This very straightforward adaptation course for personal and virtual assistants is your ideal way into becoming fully equipped with strategies to deal with all of the above issues. After the training you will know what to look out for and have a toolbox of powerful strategies. You will not be stressed and avoid conflict with your client whilst making them feel accepted, understood and supported by their amazing ADHD-VA, yes, that’s YOU!

ADHD’ers are a lot of fun to work with due to their interesting (out-of-the-box) thinking and problem solving style. Some of the world’s most successful entrepreneurs, inventors, artists, and sports people are members of the ADHD tribe.

About Your trainer - Max Lawrence

Entrepreneur, Innovator, Business Mentor & Coach for ADHD brains (like my own 🧠).

I am a business and life coach with ADHD and I help my ADHD clients to develop their Executive Functions (organisational skills, time management, time blindness, procrastination and more). The results are incredible, enabling them to turn up on time, not forget commitments and to generally reduce the stress levels in their day to day life.

Understanding my own ADHD journey and those of my clients I realised that an important part of the solution was how to help them with the tasks which they didn't enjoy. ADHD trained Virtual Assistants, who really understood the needs of their clients, were the answer.

So now I also train virtual assistants to understand ADHD and how they can play an amazing role helping their clients thrive.
